Through the combination of abstraction and surrealism as well as oils and acrylics I find the balance between Chaos & Control.

Each painting begins with a chaotic splatter of acrylic paint extending onto the frame.  Surreal imagery  is then painted in a calm and controlled application  in oils. I draw my inspiration from nature and am continually inspired by it's beauty and resilience.
